These Terms & Conditions govern services provided by Hard Run Acres. By purchasing from, placing an order or reservation with, or otherwise using the services of Hard Run Acres, you agree to the applicable non-messaging terms described below. Consent to receive SMS/text messages is optional, is provided separately, and is not a condition of any purchase, order, reservation, or other service.

Orders, Purchases, and Reservations

Product and animal availability may change. Prices, availability, pickup arrangements, deposits, and other transaction details are determined at the time of purchase or reservation. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information when placing an order or reservation.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Hard Run Acres operates the Hard Run Acres SMS Program for customers who explicitly choose to receive text messages. Messages may include purchase receipts, order information, pickup information, reservation updates, and customer-service communications.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

In-Person Text Receipt Consent

At checkout, a Hard Run Acres employee may ask: “Would you like Hard Run Acres to text your purchase receipt to this mobile number? Message frequency varies based on your purchases. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.”

A text receipt is sent only after the customer verbally agrees and provides or confirms the mobile number.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact Hard Run Acres at 863-606-8637 or info@hardrunacres.com.

We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data, mobile information, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
