Pugs are sturdy little companion dogs famous for their wrinkled faces, expressive eyes, and big personalities. They are generally affectionate, outgoing, playful, and extremely people-oriented. A Pug is often happiest when it is close to its family—whether playing, following someone through the house, or simply curling up beside them.
Although Pugs enjoy playing and can have hilarious bursts of energy, they generally don’t require the exercise level of many larger breeds. Their compact size and adaptable nature can make them a good choice for many households. Pugs are also well known for their sense of humor and ability to make their owners laugh. They were bred to be companions, and that heritage is still very evident in their personalities today.
Our ACA Registered Pug puppies are packed with personality, affection, and plenty of entertainment! Pugs are loving, outgoing little dogs that thrive on being part of the family. Our puppies are raised with lots of hands-on attention and socialization, helping them grow into happy, confident little companions.
Pugs have a special way of making you laugh with their silly antics, expressive faces, and larger-than-life personalities. Whether you get the mischievous troublemaker or the sweet little cuddle bug, a Pug quickly finds its way into your heart. Our goal is to raise healthy, well-socialized puppies that are ready to be treasured members of their new families.
How Our Puppy Process Works
It starts with a conversation—not a wall of forms. We want you to be able to ask questions and get to know us first.
Start With a Conversation
Call or text us. Tell us what you’re looking for, ask questions and let us help you get to know the puppies.
Short Application
When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll have you complete our short and simple puppy application.
Schedule a Visit
Come to Hard Run Acres and spend some time with the puppy or puppies you’re interested in.
Reserve at 4+ Weeks
Once puppies reach four weeks old, families may reserve their puppy with a refundable deposit.
Come Back & Visit
Reserved a younger puppy? Our Grow With Me Program lets you come back for visits while your puppy grows.
Go Home Around 8 Weeks
Once your puppy is ready, you’ll complete the paperwork and take your new family member home.
